ProblemThis article outlines how to provide the LDAP logs from Rev to Vbrick Support
Solution

1.       Navigate to Devices à Source Devices and LDAP connectors.

2.       Click on the three dots for the line that is associated to your LDAP connector and select “View Log”.

3.       You will see a similar screen to below that shows successful and failed processes related to your LDAP connector.

4.       Look for the failed process and select “Show Details”.  This will expand that row and provide the error seen.  Copy the error and provide to Vbrick Support for review.
