TitleHow to find REV OnPrem Servers Logs
ProblemWhen a customer encounters an issue with their Rev OnPrem instance, the L1 agent will request the server logs. This article gives customer instructions on how find them to be provided to Vbrick for Review.
Solution

1) Access the windows server where Rev is installed.

2) Navigate to c:\Rev\Rev.data\Logs or from where your Rev folder is Installed.  This must be provided for each Rev server log. The log that needs to be provided is called log.txt.

3) Once you have retrieved the server logs, please attach them on the email that you have received with your ticket number.
