Solution
1.Log into your encoder
2.Once logged in, select Monitor à System Logs from the navigation menu on the left.
3.Once selected you will be brought to the System Log. Select any of the following log links (shown in green letters) and you will be brought to that specific section of the logs.Provide the contents to Vbrick support for review.
