Please Follow the steps below to reset your VBrick Customer Portal Password.
- Navigate to https://vbrick.com/ and click on “CUSTOMER PORTAL”
- From there, you will be directed to the login screen. Once the login page loads, click on the “Forgot your password?” link
- Clicking on the "Forgot your password" link will direct you to the lost password screen. Enter your email address and then click on the “GET NEW PASSWORD” button.
- You will receive an email from noreply@vbrick.com with the subject: [Vbrick] Password Reset. If you can’t find it on your inbox, please make sure to check your spam or trash folders. The email will provide a link to perform the password reset. Click on it.
- After clicking the link, you will be directed to the reset password screen. Please enter and confirm the new password, and then click the “RESET PASSWORD” button
- This will redirect you to the Login screen, to complete the process.
Note: Please make sure to type out your new password and not copy/paste it, since sometimes browser cookies may auto complete this field with the previous value and you will get an error saying “the password entered is incorrect”. Also, please keep in mind that you need to have been provided access to our Customer Portal before you can request a password request. If you do not receive an email to change the password, remember to please check your SPAM and trash folders. Ultimately, you can send an email to support@vbrick.com to request for a password change.
