The DME configuration can be defaulted by navigating in the DME Vbadmin to System Configuration>Manage Configuration. On this page you will see two options for defauting the DME configuration:
- Set Defaults
- This will default all DME settings except for Network Settings and Passwords.
- Set Factory Defaults
- This will default "ALL" settings in the DME including Network Settings and Passwords. NOTE: Before doing this, verify you will have access to the console of the DME (either physical access or console access to the virtual server).
Additionally:
- Default on each Input/Output configuration page
- Each Input/Output configuration page has a "Default" button at the bottom. Pressing the button defaults all the configuration indexes on that particular page. There currently is no option to default a single index. To do this, back out the configuration manually.
