TitleDME in Lockdown Status
ProblemWhen a User has a DME in Lockdown status.
Solution
If a DME has a communication issue when talking to Rev it can be put in a "Lockdown Status".  Follow the steps below to refresh the connection between the specified DME and REV.

1. Access the DME GUI and navigate to System Configuration --> Rev Interface

2. Disable the "Rev Enabled" field, and click apply. 

3. Wait approximately 5 minutes then Re-enable the "Rev Enabled" field and click apply

4. If this does not bring the DME back online, contact Vbrick support.
