Problem	How to provide the DME Status Snapshot to Vbrick Support

Solution

1. Log into your DME

2. On the left hand side of the web portal, you will see the Configuration Menu. Select “Status (Snapshot)”

3. Provide a screenshot of the bar below as well as the “Status (Snapshot)” screen to Vbrick support.
